Custom Bottle is an extrusion blow-molder of plastic bottles and similar products used in a variety of industries such as personal care, pharmaceutical, food, industrial and many other segments. We sell primarily through the nation's leading packaging distributors, experts in your industry or geographic region. You can reach a local distributor with our locator.
Our in-house capability to provide silk-screening and application of pressure-sensitive labels is made possible by our high-speed, fully automated machines. Single and multi-pass decorating is available. We pride ourselves on close tolerance, precision work demanded by our customers who include some of the nation's leading
consumer and pharmaceutical companies.
Manufacturing
Our headquarters and manufacturing facility are located in Naugatuck, CT, near Hartford. Our technology is proven and reliable, producing tens of millions of bottles annually. With manufacturing operations based on production machines made by the world's leading equipment manufacturers, our capabilities are very extensive. Our production lines are supported by a variety of equipment including weight monitors, leak detection and other quality processes.
Our company follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as established by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for manufacturers of pharmaceutical, cosmetic and medical device products. The goal of this stringent quality system is to control every step of the manufacturing process in order to insure that our products are safe and effective.
Products
We offer products through three types of programs: Our bottlexpress stocking program, a large catalog of stock items and the ability to do custom molds.
Our products typically range from ½ ounce to over 2 gallons. Our resin capability is quite varied. Although most of our products are requested in High-Density Polyethelyne (HDPE) and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), we also regularly use PETG, Polypropylene (PP) and Soft-Touch Blend.
We cater to wholesale users of our products. However, we also have our bottlexpress stock program for many of our most popular items with very low minimum requirement—all in stock, ready to ship! Your sales or customer service representative can provide any information you may need.
